I called SMI to see if this was something they had heard of before and my contact said that your 20 amp fuse should not be blowing when you pull the breakaway switch on the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251.
What he said you can try to do is swap out the 20 amp fuse for a 25 or 30 amp fuse and check all of your grounds. He mentioned that anytime there is a problem with a fuse it is most likely the ground so that is a good place to start. view full answer...

The two tire sizes you have are similar but they are not the same. The 215 tire size is slightly larger in diameter and in width. You would want to go with a new wheel and tire in the size of ST205/75R14 like the part # AM32153 to match that size. The diameter difference between the two is right at 1/2 of an inch.
