The threaded hitch pins that are designed for a specific carrier or system are not tested with other manufacturer's products so I cannot recommend using the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock for Hollywood Racks, part # HRLHPTC for a Swagman bike carrier.
We do offer a anti-rattle hitch lock and cable combo that is designed for the Swagman bike racks. It is part # S64031. The hitch lock fits Swagman racks with 1-1/4 inch only shanks and 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch combination shanks, and... view full answer...
When using a cargo carrier like # C18145, you want to consider the trailer hitch tongue weight capacity as well as if the vehicle manufacturer gives a tongue weight capacity. If the manufacturer specifies a tongue weight rating capacity you will find it in your owners manual under the trailer towing section. If they do not specify a rating, then you will compare the cargo carrier and the trailer hitch receiver ratings and go with the lesser of the two as you max capacity. view full answer...

We currently only have one trailer hitch receiver for your 1999 Buick LeSabre which is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 36216. This option will give you a Class II hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening. I have attached an installation video on a similar 1997 Buick LeSabre for you as well.
If you can tell me what you will be using the hitch for I would be glad to offer some additional recommendations for you as well. view full answer...

All of the trailer hitches we carry that have been determined to fit the 2000 Buick LeSabre are Class II hitches and have a 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver. We do not have a hitch for the 2000 LeSabre that has a 2 inch hitch receiver.
If you are looking to do some light towing, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class II Frame Receiver Hitch # 36309. The recommended ball mount for this trailer hitch is # 36063. You will also want a hitch ball, like a 2 inch hitch ball # 19258 or a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball... view full answer...

This cooler measures 11" wide x 8-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep and uses a radiator adapter fits vehicles with 5/16" transmission lines. view full answer...
