From information available to me, the 2010 Suzuki Kizashi can not be flat towed. I suggest you consider the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes, # RM-2050-1. This tow dolly has a pivoting deck for easy maneuvering and electric brakes for safe stopping. The sliding ramps adjust side-to-side from 34" to 77" to fit most vehicles. Our trunk mount bike racks all have rubberized metal clips. While there is a chance there could be abrasions the rubberized portion of the clips will help to prevent that from happening. You will also want to make sure the contact points on the vehicle and the rack itself are clean to avoiding scratching the vehicle. The Thule OutWay 2 Bike Rack, # TH45JV, is indeed recommended as a fit by Thule for you 2012 Suzuki Kizashi.
OutWay is my personal favorite (and many of our customers agree), due to its easy to use retracting cable mounting system. Both the rack and the bikes are lockable to deter theft.

The only available roof rack systems that are confirmed to fit the 2011 Suzuki Kizashi are designed to mount onto a naked roof without any existing rails or crossbars. There is not currently a system that will mount directly to channels or tracks on the roof of your vehicle.
