The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel part # AM20214 is indeed designed primarily for trailers yes but it could still be used on a vehicle so long as you make sure you have clearance and the correct bolt pattern which for the above is 5 on 4-1/2" (Most Common). The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel # AM20304 you referenced is a 14" diameter x 5-1/2" wide wheel with a 2.62" pilot hole and +0.5" offset.
