There are 5 components that you will need to flat tow a vehicle behind a motor home. You will need a base plate kit, a tow bar, tail light kit, safety cables and a supplemental braking system.
It looks like you will be better off towing your Jeep rather than the Eclipse. After doing some research on your vehicles, it appears that there are no base plate kits available for your Eclipse.
