The 470050 is an oil seal that is 1.281 x 1.983 x 0.437 inches. The outer diameter is a common size but the inner diameter is not. We unfortunately do not have anything to fit your seal.
I recommend checking your spindles using a digital caliper like # PTW80157. You will need to measure at the bearing locations as well as the seal location. This sounds like a ground problem. The blinker on the side that is activated should keep blinking while the other side lights up as a brake light. If the opposite occurs, the wrong side blinks then you may have the connectors switched where they plug into the vehicle.
The connectors with the red and yellow wire go on the driver's side. Green and white on the passenger side.

That is a very interesting situation. I reached out to my contact at Tekonsha about the T-One # 118508 on your 2014 Chevy Cruze and he said that it sounds like you may need a better ground connection or the unit is defective and needs to be replaced.

I suspect that the problem is internal to the brake controller, and it needs to be replaced. There is some testing you can do to determine if the brake controller is the issue.
In the truck cab you will need to sever the blue wire several inches from the back of the controller. Then use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test the end of the blue wire coming out of the controller. It should only have power when you apply the manual override.
