- I spoke with my contact at Fantastic Vent regarding the remote # FV9068-09 for your 12 Volt Fan like # FV807350.
He stated that the motor on the powered lid is designed to stop only when it meets resistance, meaning that it will not stop until the fan is fully open or closed. Because of this, the remote (or other device) is not able to stop the lid when it is only halfway open.

The hitch comes with the correct ball mount, pin, and clip. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring, use # 118404. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a link to a video showing an example installation.

- Unfortunately, we haven't had the chance to install the Draw-Tite # 36548 on a Dodge Challenger and the submitted photos are all older than what you're looking for.
With that being said, the look of the hitch on your 2017 probably won't be a lot different. The receiver tube comes straight out of the cross beam so it will likely still be pretty visible under the rear bumper like in the picture.

- When we installed the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76145 on a 2018 Dodge Challenger we found that from the ground to the top of the inside of the receiver measured 9-1/4" as you can see in the attached photo. It might be a little different for your 2016 Challenger but this should give you a ballpark idea of what you need.
You will also need the T-One # 118656 wiring and a ball mount to tow.

- Since you are experiencing hyper flashing with your LED lights, using a load resistor like # DI34ZR per affected light is correct. However, I would remove the 4 load resistors you added to the rear center lighting.
I recommend using the LED load resistor # DI34ZR because it's 50 watts. Replace one first and see if it helps. If it helps the sync problem, then use this load resistor for each light.
