You are correct that the Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack # TH56BV is not confirmed to fit your 2013 Mercedes CLS 550 All Wheel Drive Sedan. While your 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS 550 does share the same chassis as the 2015 Mercedes-Benz E 350 the fascia is different. This will also mean parts behind the rear fascia are different and the same receiver will not be able fit both vehicles.
