We've never had the chance to install the Curt trailer hitch receiver, part # C11195, on a 2014 Audi Allroad so I don't have that exact measurement for you. However, the hitch from the point where it connects to the vehicle's frame rails to its lowest point measures about 10 inches. So if you measure on your vehicle from the bottom of the frame rails where it installs to the ground and subtract 10 inches you'll have a pretty close estimate.

I went out to the warehouse to take a look at the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75940 referenced in your question.
From outside to outside the trailer hitch has a width of 41-1/2 inches. The inside to inside measurement is 37-1/2 inches. The individual frame bars that attach to the vehicle have a width of 2 inches.

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7324 you referenced has a maximum tongue weight rating of 300lbs which is the downward force on the trailer hitch receiver. You are correct that the 300lb rating is going to be the maximum weight that your bike rack plus bikes can weigh. The only trailer hitch we offer for a 2003 Audi Allroad is the Curt Class l Hitch, part # C11166. This trailer hitch has a towing weight capacity of 2,000-lbs and 200-lbs tongue weight.
As the technical note from Thule states you can only carry 2 bikes when using a Class I trailer hitch. I cannot recommend carrying four bikes in the Thule Hitching Post, part # TH934XTR when installed in your Class l hitch.
