As they wear out, trailer springs tend to flatten out. The best way to measure the center eye to center eye distance is to jack up the trailer so the axle hangs loose, then get your measurement. Given the GVWR you provided, the likely replacement leaf spring would be # e54SR, at 25-1/8 inches long. If you measure your spring length as described above, you should be super close to 25-1/8 inches.

I can't tell if you have radial or bias ply tries, but switching to radial would be the best upgrade you could make here. A lot of 4.80-12 tires are bias ply, and radial will be much better for highway use. There is no need to swap out the wheel.
If you want to switch to a radial with a higher load range you could use the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10130. This has a maximum load of 1,220 lbs at 65 psi and a speed rating of M for 81 mph. It may be a bit wider... view full answer...

We do not have any grease seals that match your dimensions.
When part numbers are not visible on the old grease seals taking measurements of the spindles themselves is the next best option. But if you took your measurements on the old grease seal this could be the reason for no match since the seals may become deformed over time. You will obtain more accurate measurements using a precision dial caliper on the spindles themselves.
If you can re-check the spindle dimensions using a precision... view full answer...
