It sounds like your trailer's 7-way plug has disconnected from the 7-way socket on your 2018 Ram and may have been damaged. For a massive pintle hook that mounts to a plate we have the part # 337PH50 which has 6 mounting holes or the part # 337PH55 which has 10 mounting holes.
