Roadmaster rear anti-sway bar # RM-1139-146 will fit models with a gross vehicle weight rating of 15,700, 16,000, or 18,000 lbs. It fits coaches which are less than 34 feet long. It does not fit the Thor Outlaw which isn't a factor since you have a Winnebago.
Bar # RM-1139-145 fits models with a gross vehicle weight rating of 20,500 pounds but does not fit the Thor Outlaw. Also this model fits only if the shock mounts are parallel to the ground and have two holes.

The MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan part # MA00-04500K and the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan part # FV803350 are pretty much two different companies take on the same vent fan. They both have a powered lift dome, can be thermostatically controlled, and have a rain sensor. However they do have some key differences which I will point out for you below. You can then use these to see which vent fan would be a better fit for you.

The Olefin HD covers are the top of the line covers whereas the Aquasheds are a slightly lower but still nice cover. The big difference is the material that the top of each cover is made with. For your 2018 Winnebago Micro Minnie 1700BH you'd want the part # AD97ZR which is the Olefin that has the best protection in all climates and the easiest install.

The only difference between the two landing gear sets you referenced is that Landing Gear # RVLG-8HDL comes with a handle and # RVLG-8000 does not.
