The main difference between the Thule Passage # TH911XT and the Gateway # TH78VR is how each functions. The Passage arms (that hold the bikes) can only move with the upper leg. This limits the vehicles that it fits and its ability to hold bikes level .
The Gateway arms move independently of the upper and lower legs and each other. This allows for more vehicle fits and greater flexibility for mounting bikes level.

The Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch and Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75916 are made by the same parent company so they are really constructed the same. They are Class lll hitches and have 2 inch receiver openings, and will work well with your XC70. The Hidden Hitch is no longer available.

Since the Curt # C12318 and Draw-Tite # 36297 trailer hitches attach to the same place on your 2006 Volvo XC70, the receivers will be very similar. They will measures approximately 4 inches form the center of the hitch pin hole to the back edge of the bumper.
I recommend the Draw-Tite # 36297 hitch because it does not require a stabilizing strap like part # 18050 as the Curt hitch does.

The two hitches you mentioned are very similar. The only difference is that the # 13266 is a Class III which uses the 2 inch square receiver opening and the # C12600 is a Class II which uses the 1-1/4 inch square receiver opening. Both hitches have a 3500 lb towing capacity, but the Class III has a tongue weight capacity (maximum weight that can be suspended from hitch without damaging anything) of 350 lbs, versus 300 lbs for the Class II. For your 2015 Volvo XC70 I would recommend the Curt # 13266 over the Draw-Tite # 75916. These trailer hitches have an almost identical design. Although the Draw-Tite has a higher towing capacity, it looks like both of the hitches exceed the towing capacity of your vehicle so you will be limited by your vehicle. That is just a warranty requirement that Curt has decided to add for a lot of their Class I, Class II, and some Class III trailer hitch receivers which are rated for smaller towing capacities.
Because of this, I tend to recommend the Draw-Tite hitches like part # 75916 for your 2017 Volvo V60 or the Curt hitches, like part # C12066 for your V60.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13268 is more hidden than the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75671 which is the other option for a 2014 Volvo XC60. The receiver tube on the Curt hitch sit further under the vehicle than the Draw-Tite which makes it appear more hidden but you do need to be aware of the recessed design when selecting accessories. For the most part the Curt # 13268 and the Draw-Tite # 75671 and # 76116 are going to be the same hitch; they're all square tube designs and provide you with a 2" receiver.

Draw-Tite hitch # 75916 and Hidden Hitch 87674 are identical in every way other than the stickers on them. But Hidden Hitch is actually going away as a brand. Curt hitch # 13266 has a similar design and all 3 hitches will be basically right below the rear fascia. Between the Inno Tire Hold # INH120 and the Thule T2 Pro XTR I recommend the T2 Pro XTR hands down. It can handle up to 5" wide tires as opposed to 3" like the Tire Hold, it can accommodate a larger wheelbase (50-1/2"), plus it is a little easier to load the bikes since you have the one arm that holds it in place really well. The other great thing is that you can convert the T2 Pro XTR to a 4-bike rack if you need to do that in the future with the 2-bike add-on part # TH9036XT.
