Yes, axle spread and wheel base by definition are the same measurements. You will measure from the center of one axle to the center of the 2nd axle to determine what you axle spread is.
This may be difficult as some wheels and covers will make this harder to determine. You can also measure from common points in reference to the axle. We've had this question in the past and when we checked with Furrion they told us that they discontinued the oven you have and the replacement parts are no longer available.
The best solution for this would be to replace the oven with a newer model like the Furrion 2-in-1 Gas Oven and Range # FR37KR, which would give you a replacement oven and a new range all in one. When using the Road Armor cushioned equalizers like the part # LC696740 the recommended wet bolt kit is the part # LC52SV which has bolts and shackle straps that have the correct length and width to fit together. This would do a better job than a Timbren Silent Ride but worth nothing is that Timbren does not offer a kit for 8k axle replacements.
