That depends on the height of your 2019 Toyota 4Runner's back window (we don't have those dimensions, unfortunately); it is likely to work as an extension for your roof for sure, but your back window may not be high enough to use the Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender for 2" Hitches # MPG907.
You will need to take some measurements and compare that to the adjustable heights of the Axis Extender, which is adjustable from 55-1/2 inches to 62-1/2 inches.

On the Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender # MPG907 the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest edge on the carrier is 53 inches. So to the nearest part of the up right it will be approximately 51 inches. By my calculations your 10 foot, 5 inch kayaks will overhang the bed by 41 inches. That means if you were to slide the kayaks all the way in the upright on this carrier would still be about 10 inches away. All of the similar extenders are a bit too long... view full answer...

You can take a quick measurement to make sure the Darby Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier, part # DTA944-968-924 will work for you.
Just measure from the top of the trailer hitch opening to the top of your bed topper. The # DTA944-968-924 extends from 53-3/8 inches to 60-3/8 inches so if this height range clears your topper then the Darby will work well for you. It shouldn't be an issue though because most toppers are not that tall. view full answer...

Yes, moving the trailer further from the hitch can increase the leverage applied to the hitch. However, with a Sidewinder only the pivot point of the trailer is moving not the actual trailer itself. The amount of weight that is at the hitch will be about the same.
The way a Sidewinder works is it does not allow the trailer to pivot at the king pin in the hitch. It uses a wedge on the bottom of the Sidewinder arm that fits against the king pin and between the two sides of the funnel so... view full answer...
