In order to determine the correct lock, I would need to know the cut-out size for your entry door latch/lock. There is not any sort of database or anything for each RV.
For instance the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 fits a cut-out of 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall and doors 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick.

For replacing a cable hatch, we would need you to confirm the size of the current hatch, as there are a few different styles and we do not have a way to look that up. The VD0434 number that you mentioned is actually the screen part number on your Ventline fan. Knowing that, the replacement motor should be the Ventline part # BVD0218-00 which is for Ventline, Ventadome, and Vanair Fans. If you are replacing this on an older unit then you also need the Fan Blade # BVD0215-00.
The replacement motor # BVD0278-00 that you referenced is actually a replacement for a Ventline range hood like what you would have in your kitchen.

In order to get you the correct wiper seal for your 2017 Thor Four Winds 31W you're going to have to remove some of your current seal so you can measure the length as well as the side profile of the seal. Once we know these dimensions I can recommend a replacement that matches what you have.
For example, the Rubber Wiper Seal # SR98FR you looked at measures 15' Long x 3-3/16" Wide and is bulb style with a stick on application.

There is no guide available for consumers to be able to know what slide out motors are on their RV so the only way to know would be to contact the RV manufacturer or extend your slide out and get under it to take a look at the motor. There will typically be one motor per slide out and each motor will be made up of two components; the motor and the gearbox.

I do have a potential solution for you, but we do not carry the Coleman brand air conditioners. You may be able to add on a Coleman brand thermostat, but this would likely require a decent amount of installation including replacing the distribution box and wiring in a wall thermostat.
