I just spoke with my rep at Stealth Hitches. He told me they have not confirmed that the item # 391TES317 fits the 2023 Model 3 at their development facility yet. They have had a few installers state they completed the install successfully.

The Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer - 78", part # Y08107, has an adjustable cross bar spread. It can be adjusted from 4" to 48". so the wheel base of your trike will not be a limiting factor. You can use any bike rack that can be carried on a roof rack, such as the Yakima HighRoad Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On, part # Y02114. You have the right hitch on your 2020 Tesla Model 3 to fit both the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack part # TH9058 and the Thule Helium Pro 2 # TH9042PRO. What you need to do to make sure these racks will not make contact with your rear hatch is measure from the hitch pin hole to the very end of your Model 3. Good question, and while we do have a hitch that fits your 2021 Tesla Model 3, I reached out to EcoHitch who confirmed the hitch you asked about isn't a fit for the '21 Model 3. They mentioned that while the two model years were similar, the chassis configuration is slightly different in that there are a different number of bolt holes from '20 to '21 where the hitches install.

The self-tensioning part of the install with the Konig Tire Chains # TH00023102 on your 2022 Tesla Model 3 is going to be the same as all other vehicles - you just make the connections, pull forward a bit and they will tighten.
That's honestly all there is to it so installing these chains are much simpler than others and will give you a nice peace of mind because you know they'll always be snug on your Tesla.

You are correct that Tesla has removed one of the bolt holes where a hitch would be installed, but there is a new bracket that is available for this hitch that does address the change for the 2021 Model 3. You will still order the same # 391TES317 (for accessories only) or # 391TES317T (for towing and accessories) that is listed as a fit for your vehicle but new brackets are included.

The Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 holds virtually all wheels with a lug nut circle up to 8". The wheel diameter does not matter. The tire diameter and sidewall also do not matter. The only possible exception is deep dish or dually-style wheels which would require you to use the # RM-195225. The only requirement is that the distance between the bolt holes across from each other on the wheel does not exceed that 8" limit.
