If you are able to have a crossbar spread (front of one crossbar to front of the other crossbar) of at least 24" and you have the appropriate overhang range of 4" - 8" for the Thule Hullavator # TH898 then you'll be good to go, but I'm pretty sure you will have a smaller crossbar spread than 24" with the current setup on your 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon - we can still work with what you have though.

In order to use a standard light up hitch cover that doesn't have anything special, like the skull eyes, you'll need to use the Brophy Adapter # HTAD. This then allows you to use a light up cover.
I also recommend ordering locks for both to help deter prying hands from using your light setup on someone else's vehicle. We have the hitch locks # e98880 and # e98879 which fit 2" and 1-1/4" receivers respectively and can be ordered keyed alike if you choose so.

This arm assembly is made specifically as a replacement for the Yakima StageTwo Bike Rack so we cannot recommend using this for the discontinued Rola Convoy. The trailer you will be buying has a 7-way trailer wiring connector so to convert your 4-way to it you would want the part # 37185 unless the trailer has brakes that you need to control (most likely since it has a 7-way) then instead you'd want the part # ETBC7 with a brake controller. To get both of the 2021 Subaru Outbacks pulling the Safari Condo F1743, you would need to purchase two of the # ETBC7 kits. They would piggy back off of the existing 4 pin connections already on the vehicles, so you are already partially there.

The Curt # C13410 and Draw-tite # 76227 are very similar in design and both have the same weight ratings of 600lbs tongue weight and 4,000lbs of trailer weight. I do like that Draw-Tite does add the additional plate of steel in between the hangers that will help give the 2" receiver additional strength.

The wiring manufacturers tell people to drape it over the tailgate as a simple solution, but the clean look and readily available access makes mounting the 4-Way connector next to your hitch receiver much more desirable.

Hey Pierre, while technically yes they can be flat towed, I really cannot recommend flat towing a 1998 Subaru Outback Legacy AWD manual 5-speed, since Subaru does not recommend this method of towing. I'm not aware of a bumper-mounted hitch for your Outback, but if there were one I definitely wouldn't trust it for towing purposes.
