The part # AM10501 has a capacity of 3,960 lbs at 95 psi. The # AM10295 which is the same size and brand but Load Range E instead of F has a capacity of 3,640 lbs at 95 psi.

The two ball mounts from Curt # C45250 and # D-26 also known as 45260 are very similar but there is a small difference along with the different style you noticed.
The # D-26 has a center of hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole length of 12-5/8 inches while the # C45250 has 12-1/4 inches. That 3/8 distance might allow for better bumper clearance for a particular vehicle.

There really aren't any differences between the Draw Tite Hitch part # 24882 and the Hidden Hitch part # 60299 (no longer available). They are both made by the same company and are virtually identical minus a few decals.
The Hidden Hitch does come with a ball mount and a pin and clip so that may affect your decision.
For a hitch ball you would want the part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.

A trailer hitch's towing capacity and tongue weight capacity are determined by the testing done by the manufacturer. The Draw-Tite # 75237 is designed to be able to tow a greater amount of weight than the Curt # C13105 hitch. Either hitch will work well for your 2013 Toyota Sienna, as I found the maximum towing capacity for the vehicle, with the towing package, to be 3,500 pounds. Which of the two choices is better will really depend on what you're using the van for. The Thermoplastic mat is 1/2 an inch thick, and would offer better skid resistance. The carpet is thicker, at 3/4 of an inch thick so therefore it'd offer better protection for the floor of the van.
If you were carrying heavy, bulky items I'd want the thicker # VRDP14M carpeted mat. For lighter items, the # VTDP14M thermoplastic mat would work just fine for you. view full answer...

This makes it more visible when nothing is mounted to it. However, it can also help with clearance.
