In order to determine if you will be able to tow level as is you will need to first level the trailer and then measure from the ground to the bottom of the skid plate on the pin box. That said, you can easily remove the old flange by cutting or simply place the new jack beside it and leave the old flange in place. We offer replacement RV stereos. Since RV stereos are not a "fitguided" part, I am not sure what stereo you currently have that needs to be replaced in your RV. The Jensen RV Stereo w DVD Player # JWM60A has cutout dimensions of 9" wide x 6" tall x 5-1/2" deep. If your current cutout is about that size, then the # JWM60A would work.

To replace the landing gear system on your 2006 Keystone Cougar I recommend taking a look at the Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set # LG-3. This is a really nice system that features electric-powered adjustment for easy operation and heavy-duty steel construction that will hold up great over time. It has a combined weight capacity of 6,500 pounds.
