Yes you can use the Rampage Center Console part # RA39923 in your 1995 Jeep YJ as long as you have the space between the seats for it. The console measures 29" long x 9" wide x 14" tall. The console was designed with minivans in mind but it can be used in any vehicle that has the space.

I have a solution for you, but the Bestop Upper Door Sliders # B5178515 are designed to be used with soft tops only (because of the square corners). The issue you're going to run into is that the factory YJs that came with hard tops almost always had full doors on them- so there aren't many products available that were designed with hard tops/half doors in mind.

The Erickson Bolt-On Tow Hook you mentioned, part # EM59505 is a universal, not a vehicle specific application. The hook would mount using 1/2 inch holes spaced 1-3/8 inches apart on center. If your bumper on your 1995 YJ has holes that match, you would be able to mount the hook without drilling. The Replacement Crossbar # 910021-00 you were looking at would get installed on your 1988 Jeep YJ via the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 1409-1.
The # 1409-1 will only work with the factory steel bumper, so if you have a different bumper you cannot use the crossbar.

I have an option for you. But while the 24x64 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e83YR would not interfere with the tow bar going into the hitch, it is going to stick out 25-7/8" past your bumper which will interfere with your tow vehicle, especially during turns.
