To flat tow a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited you need 5 basic components 1) Tow-Bar. 2) Base Plates, that are vehicle specific. 3) Safety Cables. 4) Wiring Solution, something to tie the vehicles indicator lights to the vehicle being towed. 5) Supplemental Braking.
Based on the statement that you want to use a Blue Ox tow bar and a Patriot supplemental braking system, we will start there for recommended parts.

I have a couple choices for putting a brake controller on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler as there is not a plug and play connector that will plug into your Wrangler even with the factory 7-way and allow you to mount a brake controller in the cab of your Jeep.
A Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 will plug into your 7-way and allow you to controller your trailer brakes with a smartphone using the Curt Echo app. As long as your 7-way has power going to the charge line connector... view full answer...

The Blue Ox 7-Wire to 4-Wire Coiled Electrical Cord # BX88254 only comes in blue. My understanding is that these types of cords typically come in high visibility colors so that they're easy to notice if something is hanging down while towing.
If you wanted to go with an uncoiled cord, we do have a black one available in the Hopkins Tow Bar Extension Cord # HM47047 that provides the same connection. view full answer...
Your picture looks like a Plug-and-Go type of connector at the end of the wire. We do not have a 2-wire pigtail that has that type of connector so you would need to hardwire in the new one instead of using the plug in.
You mentioned it was a Grote brand harness. If you can find a part number on it I might be able to confirm if pigtail # A46PB is the correct replacement. We have it listed as a replacement for Grote # 67050. view full answer...
Although they have a number of tailgate and cargo area cargo organizers that would be compatible with your Unlimited, they do not offer a Roll Bar organizer that is specifically designed for 4-door models.
To see the cargo organizing options available for your Wrangler Unlimited, click the provided link. You might notice that the items are listed as for a 2014 Wrangler Unlimited. Per my Bestop representative, these items all carry over to the 2015 model. view full answer...
I suggest Curt 2-inch Class III hitch # 13432 for your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited since it offers the same capacity as others but costs less. It bolts on with included hardware, no drilling required, as shown in the linked video. The only special tool needed is a torque wrench like # ALL944001 which is needed to secure the fasteners to the specs shown in the linked instructions.
For a 4-pole wiring harness you can use part # C55124 which is a plug-n-play installation as shown in the... view full answer...

It sounds like you have a Yakima 2-inch hitch-mount 4-bike rack like their DoubleDown 4 that you want to use along with a 2-inch hitch cargo carrier.
You can use both a cargo carrier like Curt # C18110 and your Yakima bike rack at the same time by installing a front-mounted hitch receiver such as Draw-Tite # 65069. This front hitch fits Jeeps with the brake booster pump. You could then place the bike rack in the rear hitch and use the cargo carrier in the front hitch. Just keep in mind... view full answer...
Yes, there is an adapter that will allow you to use your Blue Ox tow bar with a Roadmaster direct connect base plate kit on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

There is no single wiring kit that will both allow you to flat tow your Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport AND also function as a 4-pole trailer wiring harness for your Jeep to allow it to operate the lights on a towed trailer. At one time such items did exist for some vehicles.
But since there is a plug-in harness option for flat towing the Jeep, # HM56200 from Hopkins, it is not too hard to disconnect that harness when its time to tow your trailer using trailer wiring kit # 118416.

The hitch receiver size on a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited can be either a 1-1/4 inches or 2 inches. You will want to measure the inside diameter of the hitch opening on your Jeep to determine what size hitch you have. I am including a picture of the two different sizes of hitch receivers with the measurements. Also, I am including a link to a FAQ page on hitch receiver sizes.
