The correct braking assemblies and hubs/drums for a Dexter D52 Axle are, the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-458-459 and the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ (2.125" seal part # GS-2125DL) or part # K08-201-98 (2.250" seal part # RG06-070). Which exact Baja model do you have?
According to specs found online, the Jayco Baja 12E has a GVWR just north of 3000 lbs, which means it should use a hub with a 10 inch inside diameter. Please measure the inside diameter of your brake drums to confirm. I've provided a photo showing where to measure.
