Tow bars are meant to attach to base plates which mount to the frame of the vehicle. They are not meant to attach directly in place or or to the tow hooks or tow hook mounts on a vehicle. Your 2008 Hummer H3 may be constructed to be pulled from those hooks (check owners manual to be sure) but there is no tow bar or adapter that will work for this application.

I have a solution for you, but the # PWH2433S will not fit on a 35x12.5x18 tire. However, the pewag All Square Mud Service Snow Tire Chains - 1 Pair # PWE2441S are the perfect solution if you need to take your vehicle off road in mud and/or snow. These chains are made from a nickel manganese alloy to provide strong rust resistance and the square steel links provide great traction on all surfaces.

I checked with Blue Ox and you can use base plates # BX4104 for your 2010 Hummer H3. It will be compatible with your Aventa tow bar. If you do not already have safety cables you can use # BX88197.
For lighting you can use a simple magnetic kit such as # RM-2120. Or for a more permanent solution you can use diode kit # RM-154.
