I did some digging around and it looks like the closest adapters we have are the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars # RM-035 which fit 3/4" thick loops. With yours being only 1/2", there does not appear to be any adapters that'll let you use your current bumper with the Sterling.
