The only way we offer the Husky weight distribution systems like the Husky Center Line part # HT32218 that you referenced is with a shank. That said, even with the shank the price on these kits easily beats the similar systems that don't have shanks so it's still a great deal overall.

We have a really great solution for what you are looking for with the LCI Ground Control TT leveling system part # LC672136. With a push of a button this has 5 leveling jacks that will level and stabilize your 2018 Grand Design Imagine 2800BH. Air bags really wouldn't be an ideal solution. At best they could slightly level but they don't stabilize so it wouldn't give you what you are looking for.

While it is always a good idea to use the original equipment as a guideline, it's also always ok to go "up" in load range (C to D, D to E, etc.) Regarding PSI, you can only safely mount a tire that has a corresponding max PSI to that of the valve stem. If you're going to upgrade your suspension, I recommend going with the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers as they offer the most travel therefore have the best shock absorption and ride quality. The Winntec 6020 regulator that you referenced is a low pressure regulator like what the JR part # 37207-31525 you referenced is designed to replace which will work great. The pigtail you'd need depends on the length that works best for you. # 37207-30775 is 3 feet with a back check, # 37207-30745 is 20 inches with a back check, and # 37207-30715 is 1 foot with a back check. Going with the larger diameter 225/75-15 tires would move the top of your tire around a 1/2 inch closer to the underside of the trailer. Since we usually like to see at least 3 inches of clearance with the trailer loaded per usual I really couldn't recommend increasing the tire size.
