Replacement thermostats are generally brand specific to the AC unit, so I will need to know what brand/model of AC you currently have in your camper. It depends on how many axles you have. If you have two axles then yes it would be overloaded because that would be 7,000 pounds. If you have three axles you would be fine. Depending on what your bolt pattern is I would go up in axle capacity and put on a new axle like The Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles # 8327816. Changing the spindle would not help.

What you are experiencing with your # RED44FR is perfectly normal. The brake controller will still calibrate without the trailer connected, but you won't have the LED indication showing this is happening. Once a trailer is connected you will see a solid blue light. I recommend first unmounting the stereo and pulling the fuse located on the back of the stereo to reset it. With this being such a specific issue if resetting the unit doesn't fix it then it will most likely need to be replaced.

That looks an awful lot like the Optronics LED # RVSTLB61 and # RVSTLB60. I am not able to see a specific model number in your picture but it looks extremely similar. We do carry replacement lenses for these # AST61B. It is the same lens for the driver and passenger side. The light itself measures 8-11/16" long x 3-3/16" wide x 2-1/8" deep. In order to pick out the correct bearing buddy you will need know the pilot hole of your hub. To do this, remove the wheel and tire and remove the grease cap from the center of the hub. Usually it is a metal cap that is just lightly hammered into place. Use a screwdriver to pry off the cap.
Clean the grease off and measure the opening. I have included a video demonstrating the Bearing Buddy.

It is most likely a bent spindle or axle that is causing the tire wear you mentioned but sometimes it's a damaged suspension component. So what I would do is go over the trailer suspension seeing if you can find anything that looks damaged or bent and fix as needed.
