From what I was able to find about your E12RB Econ trailer it looks like you have a 3,500 lb axle. You will need to verify the capacity. In order to choose the correct replacement, you will need the capacity as well as the hub face to hub face measurement. See the attached picture that shows where to measure.

I have a solution for you but Thule does not have a TracRac ladder rack as a fit for your 2023 Ford Maverick. Yakima has their similar Overhaul HD ladder rack part # Y01151-5755 as a fit though which would be a really solid choice. It installs very similarly and is height adjustable. view full answer...
The Atwood couplers have been discontinued for a bit so you'll be hard-pressed to find any replacement parts for them. We don't have any replacement parts for them anymore so I recommend just replacing the whole coupler with something that's currently being manufactured.

The B10H-41 number is for the driver side of the trailer while the B10H-42 in this kit is for the passenger side of the trailer.
