The only black exterior ladder we offer at this time is the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder part # LA-401BA which is 99-1/2" tall but can be trimmed down if needed. When replacing the exterior ladder that you have now you will want to position the standoffs in around the same location. This ladder also has hinges which can be used if your rear exterior wall is sloped. The hardware that you need for installation is all included for you.

If it is only happening on one side then it could be a short in the wire for that side, a mechanical issue with the moving parts with in the brake assembly and or a foreign object became lodged inside the drum. I would check all of these and also check the bearings to make sure they are not damaged. If all is clear then it is most likely a mechanical issue with the brake assembly itself. We do have Class S tire chains that will fit your tire size of LT225/75R16 but none that are setup to fit both rear tires at the same time. However we do have a solution.
What you can do is install a set of chains on the outside tires and still get great traction in the snow. For that we have the Titan Chains part # TC2319 which will fit your tire size, are pretty easy to install, and will give you great traction. That price is tough to beat on these.

For your 2019 Ford E-450 Cutaway, I recommend using WeatherTech All-Weather Front Floor Mats part # WTW51 for black, part # WTW51GR for gray, or part # WTW51TN for tan. Like you said, the manufacturer does not recommend using these or the thermoplastic option because you have the vinyl flooring. These recommendations are ruber, and not thermoplastic.

I think the best option to help illuminate the instrument panel better in the daytime would be to take some LED strips like part # UCL90CB and line the top or bottom of the bezel which holds the instrument panel.
