Since your loft area is 238 inches you would need to go with the longer Adco Storage Skirt part # 290-3502 which measures 266 inches. You could leave off the last few attachments and fold the cover back under itself so that you don't cover up the propane doors. Or this has zipper off access panels you could use to access that area.

You likely have a bad or missing fuse or relay in the power distribution box under the hood. Look for a 25A fuse in position 90 and a relay in position # 102. Examine the fuse and replace if necessary. It's not typically possible to look at a relay and be able to determine if it's bad, but you can replace it with an adjacent relay to see if that activates the circuit.

Both brackets are good choices and are custom fit for your 2001 Ford F-250, but the # 50060 brackets feature a completely no-drill installation, while the # 50043 brackets do require you to drill to enlarge one hole.
