There is not a backup/observation camera that can be viewed on the factory screen of your 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500, so you do need to get a camera with its own monitor. Reason for that is these cameras are not able to pair with your truck, or have wiring that can be spliced into your monitor. If you are okay with that and still want a backup/observation camera, go with the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS05TASF.

This camera system comes with its own 5-pin connectors, and the splice-in kit won't be something that will allow you to use your existing wiring, you will need to wire this up on its own. The Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System part # HM50002 has a limited field of view as the viewing angle is only 110°. There are no backup cameras for your Grand Design Reflection that integrate with the Ford backup camera, so while I realize it's not the answer you were looking for, you will need to get a separate monitor. The good news about that is you have your choice of size of monitor so you can go with a smaller one if you want to take up less space, or a larger one for the best view possible.
Here are the options for Furrion systems for your pre-wired Grand Design Reflection:

I wouldn't say that having the Swagman XTC bike rack # S64670 mounted in the trailer hitch, with or without bikes loaded, would render the backup camera useless on your 2016 Subaru Outback. The bikes and rack will certainly block the view but you would be able to see a little bit. But if you use the camera for parking in tight spaces then I would say that the blocked view would not be much help at all. This is going to be the same situation with any rear mounted bike rack. view full answer...
In order for something to be considered water proof it would have to be able to be submerged under water for a certain period of time. The camera portion is not water proof but will work fine in rainy conditions. The degree of vision for the camera is dependent on what vehicle it is on. In our review video, linked for you, there is about a 90 degree cone of vision. It cannot see directly to the left or right of the lens.
