These are Load Range D tires with a 2200-lbs per tire capacity and are designed to be inflated to 65psi. The 108/103 is the load index of the tires which is between 1929-2205-lbs, which matches up with the Load Range D 2200-lbs capacity of these Provider tires.

In most cases, it's going to be more cost effective to replace all of the components than it is to simply swap out the axle. You could go with a complete axle like the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - E-Z Lube - 8 on 6-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 94" - 7,000 lbs # 8327864-EB if your current axle is 94" from hub face to hub face. In reality, it's probably going to be most cost effective to replace your hubs, drums and brakes though.
