The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75607 has the smaller holes between the receiver tube end and the hitch pin hole. The smaller hole is no longer used. This is a locking hitch pin and anti-rattle device that Draw-Tite has the integrated holes to utilize. I've attached a couple of videos to assist.
