While we don't have any way of knowing what exact wheel is on a 2022 Aliner Expedition, from what I saw on their website they did use 14 inch wheels and not 15 inch like you mentioned. The LubriMatic Disc/Drum Brake and Wheel Bearing Grease part # L11380 is a lithium-complex based grease. Lithium complex grease like this is compatible with most types of grease so you just need to make sure what you have isn't Barium, Bentonite Clay, or Conventional Polyurea.

Since the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack - Sidewind - 15-5/8" Travel # TJA-5000S-B is a universal fitting product, as long as the trailer in question has an A-frame, this will fit.

I must recommend that you replace the hub/drum as well when changing the size of your braking assemblies because the surface area on the old drums may not line up with the new braking assemblies which is why I recommend replacing both at the same time.
The 10" x 1-1/2" braking assemblies part # K23-472-473-00 will use the same four bolt brake mounting flange as the 10" x 1-3/4" braking assemblies you but we no longer have a correct hub for these.

From what I can see in the photo it looks like you have a Dexter Torflex torsion axle, the #10 Torflex axle with a 2,500 lb capacity. Based on that the correct lift kit is the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-01.

The only difference between your current Loadstar tires and the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # AM10210 is going to be bias vs. radial and potentially a different load rating. When it comes to size, these tires will be the same and will fit on the same rims you already have.
