Hey Robert, I wasn't able to find anything on that strut but does it loos like we carry a bunch of 23" long gas struts, like # 3691879-70 which you could potentially use. This particular gas strut is 23' long extended, has a 70 lb compression force, and uses a 10mm ball socket.

Good morning Janine. The 2,000 lb axles generally will use the 7 x 1-1/4 Inch assemblies like part # AKEBRK-2 along with a 7" drum. Most 2,000 lb axles will have a straight spindle that uses either the # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) bearings or a # L44643 (1" inner diameter) bearings. I do not have a way to know exactly what bearing size your 2003 Airliner Camper uses, so your best bet will be to remove one of the hubs and unpack the bearings.
