Speaker 1: Today on our 2009 Dodge Ram pickup we're gonna be taking a look at the Clear Plus 22 inch winter windshield wiper blade, part number CP80221. Stay one step ahead of winter with our Clear Plus winter wiper blades. The larger wiping element is gonna push slushy ice and snow off of your windshield much easier than all season wiper blades. Now, we have our new one as well as one of our old ones and if you look closely you can kind of see the wiping element itself is starting to fold over. If that's starting to happen, it is gonna be time for you to replace your wiper blades because if it's already folding over, it's not gonna be able to wipe as clean. And you can see with our new one it's gonna be nice and straight. And compared to the old one it has a much larger wiping profile on it. Our wiper blades do come in a quantity of one, so go ahead and make sure it uses the same part number and order two of them.

So, we already have our drivers side installed.Lets go ahead and put the passenger side on together. Typically we can lift up our wiper blade and we can flip it over. There's typically gonna be a small tab. We're gonna push in on that tab and slide the wiper down. Then you slide it off the hook.

Now, I do want to mention you want to be extremely careful with the wiper arm and you want to gently push it down not to damage your windshield. Now, if we grab our new blade, we're gonna notice that we're gonna have somewhat of a square section and the clip in the middle is gonna have that same push button tab. Then on the other end it's gonna have more of a rounded section. That rounded section is where that hook is gonna grab on to. So, we can grab our wiper arm.

We're gonna put the hook into the channel and then we're just gonna pull it snug until it locks into place.With our blades installed we can go ahead and spray our windshield down with some washer fluid. Make sure that they're working and they're not going to streak. And with a streak-free clean windshield we're ready to hit the road.
