- Can Vision X Vortex Headlight Conversion Kit Be Wired So High Beam And Low Beam Are Both OnI called my contact at Vision X about the Vortex Headlight Conversion Kit, part # XIL-7RDKIT. They told me that you can wire the # XIL-7RDKIT so that the high beam and low beam can be used at the same time. This light can also be used with the Halo ring function as a daytime running light.

The only portions of this light that are chrome are the reflective portions of the assembly that are used to focus the light. The housing won't be visible anyway as this unit just replaces the headlamp. If you are going for an all black theme on your vehicle these would work well. - Can Vision X LED Headlights be Set Up to have Low and Bright Lights On at the Same TimeThe wiring for the lights would not be the issue. The vehicle is set up to run the lights in a certain way. On some vehicles dual intensity bulbs are used and others have additional lights that come on when the brights are activated. You would have to fundamentally change the way the vehicle activated the lights in order to have the lows and highs on at the same time if the vehicle was not designed that way.
