The CargoGlide XL slide-out truck tray extends out 100 percent of its length so you can easily load and unload items in your truck bed without climbing, crawling, or excessive reaching. Instead, this custom-fit bed slide brings the cargo to you - whether you're hauling toolboxes, yard bags, paint cans, or even large appliances and construction materials. And it boasts a 2,200 lbs capacity - over 1 ton. Simply move the release lever and give the tray a pull. The tray includes built-in tie-down tracks with eyebolts to help you strap down your cargo. The CargoGlide is perfect for do-it-yourselfers, contractors, hunters, and designated grocery-getters. It's made from top-grade materials, and it installs to your truck bed in just a few steps.
The CargoGlide is custom-fit for your vehicle to make the best use of the available space in your truck bed.
The sliding tray works like a supersized, high-quality toolbox drawer. Pull the tray out to bring your gear to you without reaching or climbing up into the bed of your truck. The tray's 22 tough, high-quality bearings are designed to glide smoothly even when the tray is loaded to capacity, so it's a cinch to move heavy loads into and out of your truck bed.
The CargoGlide uses a combination of full complement, permanently-sealed bearings and sealed needle bearings to ensure smooth, dependable operation without binding, whether you're parked on a level surface or an uneven one, such as a hill or ditch.
The CargoGlide has a locking point every 12 inches. These built-in stops let you extend the tray in increments and they serve as safety stops. When fully extended, the tray pulls out to 100 percent of its length.
To slide the tray out, locate the 2 cutout grab handles and red paddle-latch release. Move the latch to release the tray, grab a handle, and pull. You can bypass the stops by maintaining pressure on the latch. To close the CargoGlide, simply push the tray back in until it locks into place.
The CargoGlide's tray is a stout, 3/4" thick sheet of moisture-resistant, marine-grade plywood, laminated with TPO - a tough, polypropylene-based material that resists water, chemicals, abrasions, and flame spread. The tray is held in place by a sturdy steel frame, finished with a chip-resistant powder coat, and it will remain rock steady as you load or unload tools and equipment. The sturdy construction means it won't bend, warp, or twist under a load. The tray can also be tilted up and removed from its track if you need to make room for tall loads.
The tray is surrounded on three sides by extruded, 6061-T6 aluminum walls, 4" tall, designed keep your cargo from sliding off the tray and from bumping into the sides of your truck. The CargoGlide also has a built-in tie-down system that helps control your cargo. A track runs along the side and rear inside walls of the tray to give you lots of options for securing your load. The tray comes with 4, marine-grade steel O-rings that can be positioned anywhere along the track to create tie-down points for your cargo. Each tie-down track anchor point has a 400-lbs capacity.
To help contain larger cargo, the walls have extensions built-in that add 4" of height for the first 4' of the tray, beginning at the cab end.
The CargoGlide can be installed in a few simple steps. It's designed to be attached at 4-6 points in your truck bed using PlusNuts and bolts - all part of the included hardware packet. You will need the following tools: tape measure, crescent wrench, drill, knife, 5/16" bit, 1/2" bit, 1/2" socket, and a ratchet or impact driver.
The steps are straightforward (consult manual for full instructions):
The CargoGlide can be equipped to offer convenient bicycle transport. Install fork- or frame-mount truck bed bike racks (sold separately), and then slide the tray out for bike loading/unloading. No more awkward lifting or painful jabs from pedals and handlebars as you hoist bikes into and out of your truck bed.
The 2 adjustable feet on the underside of the tray allow you to fine-tune the height of the CargoGlide tray when you install it. This allows you to customize the tray to the perfect height for clearing your tailgate. Turn the feet clockwise to shorten the height of the tray or rotate the feet counterclockwise to extend it up.

I have loaded this thing down with some serious weight and it operates perfect on a flat surface. The only complaint is if I’m on a incline and I have it loaded down it is extremely hard to pull out and vice verse if I’m up hill it is hard to slow down the rate it comes out. They might have for more money One that has some kind of Mechanical advantage for this problem but overall I’m am satisfied and will just muscle up.
