Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at this Dexter Single Axle Trailer Hangar Kit. These hangers are designed for use with your 10,000 pound general duty Dexter axles, and they're gonna let you attach two two and a half inch slipper leaf springs. Of course, those leaf springs are sold separately to your trailer frame. Now this kit can also be used with the kit part numbers that you see there on your screen for Tandem axle applications. And this includes everything that you see here on the table before me.

You're going to get two front hangers and two rear hangers. And let me go ahead and provide the measurements for you on those hangers. So measuring the height of our front hangers, we're gonna be measuring from the center of our bolt hole to the top of the hangar. So lining that up, as you can see, these front hangers measure right in at five and a quarter inches tall. And then for our rear hangers, we're gonna be measuring from the center of our hole to the top, and we are sitting right at four and a half inches tall on the rear hangers.

You're also going to receive two four and a half inch long by three quarter of an inch in diameter spring eye bolts, and three quarter of an inch in diameter lock nuts as well. And I have those nuts attached to those bolts. I do wanna point out that this does not include any components for mounting your axle to the springs, but it does include everything that you see here, along with a set of instructions to walk you through the installation process.
