Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Bulldog Winch Synthetic Rope Shackle with a 10 inch loop diameter. Has a 22,500 pound working load limit. Now, this is a lightweight, synthetic rope shackle, that'll replace the heavy steel shackle are the D-ring used for off-road wind recoveries. On this, you can see there's a looped end on one end, and a knotted on the other.

And then to connect it, you just put the loop dent over the knot, pull it tight, and you're all ready to go. Application. This will work for wire or synthetic rope winch recoveries. This will let you create recovery points on your vehicle, or you can even use it as a connecting link for your rope hook when rigging. Basically, what you'll do is wrap this around your roll bar or axle, or other point of attachment to create an anchor.

Or you can even use this as a connecting link between your rope hook and a tree saver strap, tow strap, or other straps. As we mentioned, it's pretty easy to use. All you have to do is wrap this around the anchor points. Take your loop down, open it up, put it over the knotted end, pull it tight just like that, and you're all ready to go. This is a one inch diameter HMPE synthetic rope.

It's stronger than steel, yet lightweight and safer to use. And you don't have to worry about any pins to fasten, so they won't roast rust or corrode. And this even floats on the water. It is a nice, black rope. Has an abrasion resistant cover that'll hide dirt and grease.

And if you look closely, you'll see these stripes here. These are actually reflective strips that'll make the rope easy to see at night. Working load limit on this is 22,500 pounds. The maximum load or brake strength is 45,000 pounds. We mentioned the inside loop diameter. When you loop it over the knot, it's about 10 inches. The diameter, again, on the strap is one inch. And the total length, if we take it off there, total length on this is about 31 inches long.
