Video Transcript for Inno Aero Replacement Crossbar Review
How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Inno Aero Crossbar replacement 48 inch bar. The replacement bar is gonna be the same one that comes in the complete kit. If you somehow manage to damage or lose your Aero bar, this is gonna be the replacement. On this particular vehicle there's two separate sizes, so you wanna make note of the length of the bar that you have for your replacement, and you'll be able to still take advantage of the same features such as the T-track slot, the under slot, that's 10 inches, and your T-track is gonna be accessible by pressing this tab and removing your end cap. There's also a rubber channel guard in here that's gonna help while it's not being used reduce the wind noise. Essentially, it gives it a smoother path so you'll have less noise.
As far as the dimensions of this guy, it's a 3/8 inch opening, 7/16 tall, and it's 13/16 wide. Ford Escape
I've been a happy etrailer customer for years. Sales staff helped me pick out the right roof rack setup for my new 2023 Escape that worked with my low-profile rails. 3 separate boxes of pieces but they all came together perfectly. great bars, they have a slight curve to them so they look more natural, like they were made with the car, i went with 2 of the same size on my kicks, even though it was suggested to have one shorter, i think it looked much better in the long run.

Still holding up as well as the day it was installed (Mar'20). I've loaded this system down with a basket full of camping gear and another trip with 3 kayaks and single bike. Everything stayed solid and didn't budge at highway speeds and windy mountain roads.

Fantastic customer service.
This year I had procrastinated my gift buying to the point where a set of roof racks for my wife's car was nearly out of reach, one, because the xmas rush was in full swing, and two, receiving them in time for the holiday was next to impossible. I am so happy that the etrailer team put my worries to rest when I placed my order and ensured me all would be fine. Today, a day earlier then promised, everything arrived.
I can't speak to the quality or fit of the product yet, since it is wrapped and hidden away. I will certainly do so after xmas.

I got my new rack very fast after I ordered it which was awesome I ordered the one I ordered because it had great reviews about road noise… Are used it Saturday didn’t hear anything which is also awesome my paddleboard did not even move on my rack I was concerned about air trying to lift it it’s easy to mount my paddleboard on top of my car and I couldn’t be happier here is a picture for reference...

Yakima makes a similar 55" long x 49" wide platform, but the weight limit is 165 pounds, well under your needs. It also requires a fit kit that is not compatible with the Scion roof.
