Today, we're going to take a look at this K-Source driver's side replacement electric side-view mirror with the heat function.Now, this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2011 to 2016 Dodge Durango vehicles. It is a direct replacement for the driver's side factory mirror on your vehicle.
You can see it is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit.It does offer the power remote capability. Meaning you can adjust your mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle. This mirror also includes a heated mirror glass to clear frost and ice, help reduce fogging.And this is an OE-grade, flat glass with first-surface plating to reflect clear images. Front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome, and it is a flat lens which will reflect true representation of the object size in the mirror.It is a breakaway design. The mirror will fold when it's struck to prevent breakage.
You can see it's in a nice durable plastic housing with a textured black finish here at the bottom. And this cover can be painted to match your vehicle if you prefer.It is an easy no-drill installation, has the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror and the mirror will plug into your existing electrical wiring. Now, this does replace the original equipment part number of 5SH43AXRAA. It is for quantity of one driver's side mirror.A couple notes on this mirror is the power remote capability and the heated glass of this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has those functions.
