Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today I'm gonna take a look at this K-Source driver side replacement electric side view mirror. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2014 to 2015 Honda Civic vehicles. And on a custom fit part like this, I do recommend for you to go to our website and use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show you if this'll work for your application. Now this side view mirror, this is a direct replacement for the driver's side factory mirror that's on your vehicle.
You can see it is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit, does offer the power remote capability right here, this'll adjust your mirror face position with the factory power controls that are inside your vehicle. And it does use an OE grade flat glass with first-surface plating to reflect any clear images. Front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome, has a nice flat lens to reflect the true representation of the object size in the mirror. And it has a breakaway design to this. The mirror will fold when it's struck to prevent any breakage.
You can see it has a nice durable plastic housing with a nice black finish to it. And this can be painted to match your vehicle, if you prefer. It is an easy, no drill installation, does have the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror. And you can see right here, the mirror will plug into your existing electrical wiring. This will replace the original equipment part number of 76258TR4CO1. And it is for quantity of one driver's side mirror. Couple notes on this mirror. The power remote capability of this mirror is only gonna work if your vehicle already has that function and this mirror does not have the camera or an aspherical lens.
