Hey everybody, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a quick look at the custom bumper mounting bracket for Vision X light bars that measure up to 24 inches long. Now this is a custom bracket for the Ford trucks, and that's going to be from 2011 to 2017, for the Ford F-250 and three 350, as well as the 450 and 550, and that includes the Super Duty and the Cabin Chassis model. So this is going to allow you to mount that light bar from Vision X into your bumper. Typically, there's that little space on the front of the Fords. It's kind of a long channel down by the tow hooks. So this is going to allow you to mount a light bar up in that space, and make it a little bit more of a rugged look, give you a little bit more stylish looking.

Also provide you some more lights for any kind of work that you might be doing outside, maybe some off road applications, whatever the case might be.It's made of a rugged black powder-coated aluminum construction, so it's going to be rust-proof, but also very durable. We don't have to worry about it rusting out. The black powder-coat finish really just provides a nice clean look, and it also helps to hide it in that bumper to make a little bit more discrete, so we're not really looking at the bracket as much as we're seeing that light. It's an easy no-drill installation. We're just going to use the factory mounting points and the existing hardware from your truck, so you don't have to worry about drilling anything.

You're not really going to be modifying anything to get this to fit in there.As far as dimensions, this does hold a light bar up to 24 inches long, but the bracket itself from end-to-end is about 21 3/8 inches long. From front to back, it's about 3 inches wide, including this little tab here, this little bump out there in the middle. When we exclude that, it's more like 2 1/4. The distance from these two mounting holes, center-to-center, is about 18 3/4 inches. Those mounting holes measure about 3/8 of an inch wide, and about 5/8 of an inch long.

The slotted holes at the bottom that we'll actually mount our light bar to, the furthest ones center-to-center are 19 3/4 inches apart. And then all of those holes are about 2 3/4 inches apart.We'll have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight attachment points there. So anywhere in between should work out just fine. The mounting tabs here at the top, those stick up about 2 1/2 inches. This here is about 1/2 inch wide, and our slotted holes are about 3/4 of an inch.

This little bump out tab is about 8 1/2 long, and then sticks out from the rest of our bracket again by about about 1/2 inch.So I hope that gives you an idea of the size of this and what's going to work with it. Should look really nice on your Ford truck.
