Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at this Taylor Made Chafe Guard. Now this heavy duty white chafe guard is going to protect your anchor rode, your mooring line, or large power cord to keep it from chafing and tearing. This will also keep the line or chain from damaging your boat's paint or gel coat. Now this is going to fit your three eighths of an inch to five eighths of an inch in diameter lines.

And just taking a look at the measurement here, let me retrieve my tape measure. So looking end to end, we're sitting pretty close to 16 inches long and this is going to have a diameter of five eighths of an inch. And this is going to be a fast and easy installation. You're just going to wrap this around your rope and secure it. So let me just show you this real quick.

I'm gonna open this up. So you'll take it just like this and then just wrap it around your rope or chain or whatever you need to protect. And then you'll just bring it together with that hook and loop enclosure, as you can see just right there. So it's gonna hold very securely and then you'll also use those included ties as well to add additional security to it. And what's nice about this is there's not gonna be any need to find the end of the line to install this.

Then you'll be able to very easily untie this and move this when you are finished boating. So very easy to use, has everything you need to properly use it. This is made here in the USA of polyester, so it's very durable, it's very flexible, and it's non-marring. You're not gonna have to worry about it marking up your boat or anything like that. The hook and loop fastener, those strips are very secure.
