What's up everybody, it's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the XG Sportsman cargo wall and floor liner. Now these two work together perfectly to protect the bottom floor of your Jeep back here and add a little barrier if you have a pet or anything, they're not gonna get to the front and it helps you organize at the same time. Now the cargo wall isn't just a barrier, it actually helps you get all your stuff up and out and organized in the back of your Jeep. As you see, you got the tactical webbing here, it's good for anything with a clip like this knife, slides right on there, like that, keeping it up and out of the way. You have plenty of pockets here, you have three of them with metal clamps.
These are very sturdy. I guess you can't hear the metal, but they're heavy and very sturdy. So that makes me confident that they're not gonna break or anything when you load these pockets down with heavy stuff. We just have some jumper cables in here right now. I'll show you how deep the pocket is and how it works.
I'll clunk that back up. Right next to our first pouch is a nice little pocket here. Perfect for holding the cylindrical items, such as bug spray, like we have here or on this side, you can see I got my water bottle in here just in case, you know, you need an extra water bottle. This will hold it up, won't be rolling around back and forth causing chaos in the back. In the middle here is our biggest pouch.
Let's open that up and show you how much room you got. Plenty of room. We got a big flashlight in there to show you how much space it actually has in there. This wouldn't have fit in this pocket and you couldn't have put it through there. And like I said before, it'd just be rolling around back here on the floor being annoying.
So I'll put it back in our pouch. And this has the same metal clamps, as this side pouches do, which I'm really impressed with that. They're heavy-duty, you're not gonna have to worry about like, you know how black plastic ones will break or the sun will affect them. These are gonna be fine. If you have your pet back here, they can go on and they won't bother these at all. Above our big pouch here is this nice little loop. We found that really good to kind of tie down our water jug here and keep it in place while you drive around. So even if you are taking the turns a little fast, your water jug's gonna stay up right and tied down. On the side, we decided to use it on another one of our water canisters. You can use it for whatever you want, but this just also keeps this one off the ground. It keeps it right there. You got another loop over here, go over this water canister. You got these tactical loops here for items with clips and another pouch. Coming here to the center, I wanna talk about the netting. The netting is perfect for if you put your pet in the back, you can still access them, you know reach through, pat them, calm them down if they're freaking out or they can just stick their nose through here and see you and see what's going on. You got about, the netting works a little too good, cameraman saying five inchesCameraman Yes. Cameraman says five inches of space here in each little square. And if you're worried about the net obstructing your view when you're using the rear view mirror or anything, it is removable. So you just take the hook and loop straps here, along the side and the top, and you can see, the netting's down and out of your way. Also that doesn't take any more extra space. If you're worried about this sticking out a little bit more, it stays right behind the head rest. So it doesn't take up any of the side view either. Now I reattached the netting here in the middle, but I wanted to tell you how the cargo wall attaches to your Jeep itself. You have this strap here with a rubber padding around the roll bar. Now this roll bar already has kind of a foam padding on it to keep it protected, but if you didn't have that, you still have this really thick foam pad here that's even got a texture to grip. You can see that underneath the main strap, you just wrap the hook and loop around the top here and adjust it on this side too, and then it holds it in place. I mean, this thing is heavy. It's not some light tarp that I'm throwing in the back of the car. You don't have to worry about it like that. This thing's weighted pretty well with nothing in it. So it's gonna help hold it in place and down. What makes this heavy duty is the PVC backing here. As you can see, as I hit it, you can hear it. It doesn't move back and forth like if it was a curtain or a tarp and you want it to be strong like that so you can trust it when you add your accessories and they all add weight to pull down on, like I'm pulling here. It wouldn't be able to hold up to that, if it didn't have that. Now I think the floor liner is just as trustworthy. It's got a vinyl coating protecting it against spills of any kind. So if you just spill some water, you see it beads up like that no big deal. If your pet has an accident, it's gonna be an easy cleanup. I've got a sharp towel here just to clean up the water. Look at that, super easy clean up. It's all gone. Now the reason they work together so well is this nice long hook and loop strip. That goes all the way up from this side, down here and up this side, it even comes along the sides here. I'm gonna peel some of it back to show you. You have all this strip of hook and loop that goes all around like I pointed out. That just keeps it connected, that way, this one's not gonna move, this is not gonna move. They also have the side buckles here that go around your roll bar here at the base, keeping that in place. And then even towards the back, you have these loops that go through your tie down points here at the end, that just helps keep the floor liner in place, which works with the wall that keeps it in place as well. I could go on and on about how it's not gonna move or shift around when you're driving, but how about we take the Jeep out and actually see what it looks like. Now, I'm not gonna be climbing any mountains or anything, it's not my Jeep, but I'm gonna throw this tool bag in here. I have secured this cooler and let's just see how everything stays in place. And judging by the footage, everything stayed in place pretty well. I think the Sportsman cargo wall and floor liner are pretty legit. They held up, like they said they we're going to. I was impressed by how heavy it was, all the tie down points keep it all in place. You don't have to worry about your cargo or your pets in the back of your vehicle..
