Hi everyone, it's Evangeline and today we'll be taking a look at our replacement floor liner for your XG Cargo Sportsman Cargo Aerial Wall. This is gonna be an addition for if you only have the Sportsman Wall in order to protect the cargo area of your Jeep. First things first, make sure you're taking a look at the correct floor liner. So, these are custom fit for your different types of Jeeps. So, what I have here is a JK Wrangler Unlimited. So, if you have a JL Wrangler Unlimited or you just have a JK or a JL, things like that, you can make sure you get the right one by checking out our product pages right here at etrailer.com.

Another thing to look at is, make sure you already have the XG Cargo Sportsman. This is designed to work only with this and not as a stand-alone floor liner. This works well with protecting your Jeep's cargo area as well as just making it easier for yourself to clean. So, let's say you're carrying around muddy items or sandy items or you have pets in the back. This will help out with that pet hair and make it easier to just clean off the floor liner itself rather than having to deep clean the entire cargo area.

So, this is made of a heavy-duty vinyl coated polyester construction. So, here you definitely feel that vinyl coating, that's what's helping out with that mud, with that sand, with that pet hair. So, this construction is waterproof and anti-microbial. So, that's important especially for long term use because you don't want mold and mildews to be developing on your floor liner. So, everything connects by straps as well as hook and loop strips throughout all your different panels.

It does take a little bit of time and a little bit of effort to make everything aligned and make sure everything is secure. So, remember to devote some time to that process. So, let's take a look at that process. We're gonna start the assembly process by just laying out all our parts. So, this over here looks like it's gonna be the harness.

We want the shiny side facing down. Then we have these other pockets here and on the inside it's gonna say whether it's the right or the left. So, that helps out. And then we have our main floor liner. To make things easier, I actually kind of undid the Sportsman, that way we have more access to the back of our Sportsman Wall. This is where we're gonna attach our harness. This goes back here and don't forget to secure it with your flap A. So, once you've attached that harness, which by the way if you are getting this as a complete kit, definitely attach that harness before you install the Sportsman Wall. It's just easier that way. But if you're adding this on, it's still easy to do as long as you get that flap A aligned with your harness. Now, with this in place, we're gonna install the rest of our pieces. Here in the corner, make sure you have it where your floor liner is on the bottom because the side panels overlap on top and help secure it. Once your panels are connected to each other and then to the harness, you have these straps which floor around your rear roll bars. So, tighten that down evenly. Actually tightening them both at the same time is a great way to make sure that everything evens out. You'll over tighten it because you wanna make sure it lies flat on your cargo floor. Once everything's in place, don't forget to push your floor mat in and then you'll know that you have it good, when this is flush with the end of your Jeep. Now, this is also gonna secure around your bearings in your cargo space. Oh, and by the way, if you do have a speaker on the rear of your vehicle, you're gonna have to get the exact same version but the one that has a cutout just to accommodate for that speaker. Okay. Now, just double check all your straps make sure everything is nice and secure and flush around your cargo area. You can also just set this out in the sun just to get rid of those wrinkles but that's it for your assembly process. So, my personal thoughts about this replacement floor liner is if you already have the XG Cargo Sportsman Cargo Wall, definitely get this floor liner with it too, especially if you also have pets here in the back. Speaking from experience, it's very very difficult to get pet hair out of your carpet on your Jeep. So, pretty much the price of detail your Jeep would make up for the price of purchasing both the sports wall and that floor liner. All in all, everything works together. This is definitely custom fit. So, make sure you get the correct fit for your specific Jeep.
