Installed this winch mount on my 2012 Ram 3500 and it took about 6 hours. This included installing a bull bar, the winch and routing and hooking up the wiring. I am very pleased with the product, very solid and I did not have to do any drilling or modifications during the install.

- Grille Guard for a 1995 Jeep WranglerIf you are talking about the hole spacing for Westin Max bull Bar # 46-43635 the center to center distance between the holes is 31-1/4 inches. But there isn't a bull bar that fits a 1995 Jeep Wrangler, at least not one that we carry. I have included a link to the options that we do have.

If your 2016 Wrangler Unlimited has a Westin # 46-23635 MAX Winch Mounting Tray installed on it, the # 46-43635 Bull Bar you mentioned would be compatible. If you aren't using the MAX winch tray, the bull bar wouldn't have an attachment point to the vehicle. The # 46-23635 MAX winch tray is compatible with all 2016 Wrangler Unlimited models.
