We do have a fit for a grille guard for your 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat with a diesel engine, but I checked with the Aries, and their grille guards are not a fit for the diesel engines, so the # AA3066-2 you asked about won't work. Instead, there is a similar option for a grille guard that will work from Westin, though none of these (or the Aries) will allow you to keep your factory tow hooks, as they do need to be removed for installation. Will Aries Grille Guard from 2014 Ford F-150 Fit a 2015 Ford F-150
The Aries Grille Guard # AA3063-2 for a 2014 Ford F-150 does look just like what you have in your photos as the correct Aries Grille Guard for your 2015 F-150, part # AA3066-2, has less dramatic of an indention for the headlights. Unfortunately the 2014 and 2015 models aren't interchangeable so you'll need to use the correct one for your 2015. I would try to get your money back from whoever sold it to you or try to sell it so you can put that money towards the new one.
