Today on our 2021 Ford F250, we're gonna be taking a look at the WeatherTech custom fit second row format. What sets this format apart from some of the others is gonna be the extra little bit of coverage that you're gonna get. So with some of these floor mats that are still custom fit, they're gonna stop right around here. So if you do have some spills, it will eventually get down into this crack. This is typically the dirtiest part of the vehicle, in my opinion. I've cleaned a lot of cars.
So having this extra little piece here is gonna be nice just to prevent any spills and stuff from going into the cracks. As the heat starts to get to this, it is kind of cold here right now, but as it starts to get to the floor mat, it will start to settle down like this. So don't be concerned about the fit. It's just a little cold in here. So you definitely wanna maybe lay them out in the sun for them to kind of flatten out.
'Cause they go in that box kind of folded up so that isn't gonna be an issue. But as you can see, check this out. It goes all the way around the whole entire outside. You have a little raised lip all the way around, but what I like about this is it actually goes underneath our seat and we do have a little lip on every single side of this. So any spill is gonna be contained.
Another cool thing about it is I like how it's a one piece. So some of the other ones that you have on the website, aren't really a one piece. You know, they have a little seam right here. So I just like this just because it's one piece and it's completely covered. So you're not gonna have any leaks going in between the cracks here.
I like that a lot. And as you can see, it goes all the way around every little piece of the whole entire back. So this does have the best coverage, in my opinion, of all the other ones that we have on our website. The custom fit does a couple of different things. One, it covers every single piece of carpet that you have in the back, but also since it's so molded to the shape, we're not really getting a whole lot of movement. If you look underneath, we don't have any spikes or anything. I don't like the spikes. Why Well, it leaves just this weird pattern in the carpet. And I just don't necessarily love that. So I like that about this floor mat. It really doesn't move around and this is more of a plastic-y type feel, but it does have a rubber inner core. So it is gonna be a decent amount of flex. So it's not gonna be too rigid. So whenever you try to pull this thing out, I would definitely recommend just kind of folding up your seats. And if you have a spill or something, just kind of pull it out and then slide it on out one way. So if I we're to compare this to more of a rubberized mat, I usually see those that aren't a full coverage like the WeatherTech. So I definitely like the more plastic-y feel just because I think it's a lot easier to clean. And also with these ridges, some of the other mats that you have, they're a lot closer together and they're a lot taller. So like having to clean that, you have to take like a little towel or something, go in each little crack. But with this, you can just take one towel and just kind of go like that and it'll clean up. So this is definitely a lot easier to clean than some of the others. Of all the options that you have on our website, this is gonna be one of the more premium options. I think it's worth it just because people get in and out of my vehicle all the time. This is the mat that I have. So with the back, whether you have dogs or kids or something like that, it's gonna be the easiest to clean up. And I just think investing in your vehicle is gonna be probably the smarter move, especially if you're kind of like me and you get into some messy situations. So this is gonna keep cleaning to a minimum. It's gonna make it a lot quicker. So you'll have a nice and pretty truck whenever anybody gets in. And I just think that's a no brainer. So if you we're to ask me, in my opinion, I literally have these in my vehicle. And I think they're gonna be the best option for you. So if you're looking for the best coverage, whether you're using this for work or for play, it's definitely gonna keep the inside of your truck a lot cleaner than the OEM mats. And that is always something I look for. You wanna protect your investment. So again, this was the WeatherTech second seat custom fit floor mat. And I'm Adam with etrailer..

Love these mats. Bought a used 2018 F250 and we use it to camp and haul so needed some floor protection and these have worked great. Fit great, easy to clean up, lasting well.
Rear floor mats for 2017 F-350 are truly custom made and fit like a glove. Worth the price.

The fit is lacking quite a bit (like 3-5 inches off in places) also wish I didn’t get the one that covers the whole floor in one piece. I wish it was 3 pieces that snap together for easier cleaning because this design you end up dumping all the crud on the floor of the truck while trying to take the mat out to clean it.
Does not fit the 2018 Hymer Aktiv class B motorhome on Promaster chassis. See pictures. notches for seat posts are not even close. The floormat extends into passenger side lower step well causing trip/foot snag when entering vehicle. Does not extend into area between seats leading to another raised area prone to trip/foot snag. Not good for RV use. I gave it two stars for quality of material. I'll be requesting return/refund.

Cargo mat delivered did not completely
Fit the cargo area. I'm assuming the wrong mat was sent. 2018 Chevy Equinox LS . Waiting for response back from eTrailer. I called 800 # on July 11, 2017 three times from 4:30pm to 5pm EST and computer prompt for service with product was #3. On hold twice for over 15 minutes with no explanation or human contact. Called third time and used prompt 1 for sales thinking they would surely pick this call up. Same 15 minutes on hold without any contact. Hung up again after unnecessary wait.
Hopefully this will get worked out and at the minimum a credit should be offered for the screw up and non existent customer phone service.
